The 2014 AACS Annual Scientific Meeting is an event that’s 30 years in the making! This occasion is not only an opportunity to celebrate the great achievements of the past 30 years, but to also explore the future of cosmetic surgery.

By remitting the registration fee, registrant will be admitted on condition, and by said attendance at this meeting agrees, that he/she will not photograph, audio tape, video tape, transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or other reproduction of any part of the meeting. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate your registration and the registrant shall be liable for all consequential and other applicable damages.
By remitting payment for this meeting, you also agree to abide by AACS policies and procedures and by the policies included in this registration package. AACS and the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation for Education, Research, and Patient Safety, Inc. (Foundation) are hereby authorized to send me facsimiles including seminar information, promotional materials, advertising and other commercial materials regarding AACS, the Foundation, or which the AACS or the Foundation believe may be of interest to me to the fax numbers listed in this application. AACS Headquarters must receive all cancellation notifications and refund requests in writing. All cancellation notifications must be received no later than December 11, 2013. Those cancellations received prior to the cancellation deadline will receive a full refund less a $250 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after December 11, 2013. No refunds will be given for the social activities or luncheon tickets. Please refer to the complete cancellation policy in the registration book for further details.
